Every new dog starts with a settling-in period. We prefer you to be home on the first day so introductions run smoothly. If you cannot be home, that is fine. Keys can be arranged through a concierge, collected in advance, or dropped at our office.
All settling-in walks are charged at the standard £18 rate. If, after a few walks, it does not feel like the right match, we can stop with no extra fees. Your dog’s comfort comes first.
